What does the service fee cover?
The service fee covers the gas, water, laundry, and re-stocking.
What are the pick-up and drop-off times
Pick-up from 7am on your first day of hire and drop-off before 6pm on your last day of hire
What is a brake controller and do I need one?
A brake controller is an electronic device that regulates the electric brakes on the trailer. It enables the driver to activate and monitor trailer brake activity from the vehicle. You do require a brake controller. We can provide an Elecbrakes controller for a small additional charge if you do not have a brake controller fitted to your vehicle.
How long does the handover take?
Allow ½ hour to 1 hour for handover. We will provide our caravan user guide and listing of contents supplied 30 days prior to your hire so you can familiarise yourself with the trailer and have any questions ready for hand-over.
